M.COM IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (MHRM)

MHRM is a recognized 2 years Post Graduate Degree course that is equivalent to MBA in (HR). It is a specialized designed course for students who want to pursue a successful career in human resource field. Both theoretical as well as practical skills are gained by students here.

Students will get an idea on how to think creatively and broaden their innovative skills. The program helps aspirants develop their managerial expertise so that they can face any problem in the manufacturing or service sectors in national or international level firms.

This course investigates the way that managers get things done in an organization relying on the dynamic processes of strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and operations to move their organizations forward and achieve results.

The individual competency, team spirit, as well as inter personal relationships of students is built here. Here students learn how to become an effective HR professional by developing various types of skills in hiring & interviewing, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR administration and strategy etc.

Active involvement of each student is done through lectures, discussion, videos, case studies, and group exercises
