Vision of Maheshwari  P.G. College is to mold and empower students in the pursuit of knowledge, values and social responsibility and help them achieve excellence in various fields, thereby also preparing them to face global challenges, this is because the wealth of a nation and sustainable development lies in the quality of education and sense of social responsibility imparted to the youth. The college never faltered in inspiring the students towards holistic advancements. It creates a strong learning environment that enhances academic attainment, and develops students' social and correlation skills that last throughout their lives. The purpose of value education is the development of the personality of the student. The college has established its distinctive approach towards this comprehensive vision by modelling it in the form of service to the society, by means of more than 50 certificate courses and Varied Clubs thus allowing the students to organize events to develop their Life Skills, and Human Values development. 

Prathistha and Parishram is the motto and the driving force behind all policy decisions of the college. Value-based education of ours along with regular curriculum aims at training the students to face the outer world with the right attitude. It is essential to develop an individual and help her lifelong in many ways. It is a process of overall personality development of a student which includes Character development, Personality development, Social conscience development and Spiritual development. The college ensures Intellectual engagement of students in each and every activity, accepting suggestions and feedback and empowering students by de-centralizing processes have been the core values of the college. Coordination between management, staff, non-teaching staff and students has created an organizational culture, which fosters innovation and enterprise for the successful implementation of the college’s vision and mission. Development of student centric teaching and learning model and reversing the pyramid to take students at the top of the pyramid is a Pedagogy strategy. The college fortnightly organizes various workshops, programs, seminars etc. that provide opportunities for the students to conceptualize, plan and implement the ideas with the changing dynamics of the world. 

The vision and thrust of organization is reflected through the following key activities and initiatives:

• Student representation on various committees such as, IQAC, Placement, coordinators of Various Academic and Co-curricular Events committee and so on for their valuable suggestions and feedback.

• Participation in anti-ragging squad to provide trust and confidence in the institutional culture.

• Creating conducive environment for participation in promotion of knowledge within the youth of Today through the school connect program.

• Organizing Industrial visits/meetings to provide exposure for future opportunities at global level.

• Encourage the participation of students in various competitions and festivals to display talent in the area of performing arts, fine arts and literature.

•  College orgnizes intra and inter collegiate events in the area of Humanities, Commerce, Science, Management and other subjects giving an opportunity to students to showcase their leadership skills. The ambience of classroom and the teaching techniques promises excellent results of students from diverse backgrounds. The college therefore takes utmost care in implementing a curriculum that is all inclusive and not disproportionate to facilitate the advanced learners alone.

• The college is committed for inclusive learning and teaching. this is evident in its pedagogy and curriculum delivery as well as student assessment and feedback. Successful inclusive education happens primarily through accepting, understanding, and attending to student differences and diversity, which include physical, cognitive, academic, social, and emotional attainment of knowledge. Inclusive aspects in teaching and learning is evident in the college through peer-supported learning in the form of pair-work, cooperative grouping, and peer tutoring. 

• The College arranges skill enhancement programs with goes hand in hand with New Education policy of 2020 and concept of Aatmanirbhar Bharat to develop their skills for example – Personality enrichment, Employability skills development, Language skill development etc. The students are encouraged to make crafts and display their works in exhibitions held time to time where the students sell their products.

• In addition to preparing the students with core competencies to face the global challenges, our college strives to make students understand and contribute to the socioeconomic development & welfare of the society. The college takes initiative with students for varied of welfare campaigns such as Mask distributions, Stationary items distributions, Hygienic products distributions, Woolen Cloths distribution so on and so forth. This way we are serving the society and in inculcating those values in the minds of young generations and imbibing in them values of compassion. 

• Daily Practice of Hawan , Gayathri Mantra  yoga by students  and faculty strives to guzzle the students with the highest set of morals and values for students to ensure the mental and physical wellbeing of the students. 

•  Mentoring is a unique method of supporting students to improve their learning and leadership skills, motivating them towards their future career development. With this in mind, the college has a mentorship programme wherein the faculty members are given training on mentor system and meet the students on day-to-day basis to listen to their issues and guide them on their overall personality development.

• College is keen on universal right over attainment of knowledge thus for those students who want to taste the honey of literature but cannot attain Jaipur Literature Fest through the Outreach Programme we aim at widening the scope of the Festival by coordinating through various writers and authors who visit for event for reading sessions, a talk and workshops for our students the aim of spreading the joy of books and reading among students. 

•  Our college promotes the concept of Student Volunteer .Volunteering for college events help students grow in their learning. Through these programs which are of diverse trends students gain real-world experience and practice important habits like leadership, problem-solving, and time-management. Volunteering offers students the opportunity to apply their classroom learning to practical scenarios that have real implications. In other words, service-learning opportunities can offer the same skills-boosting opportunities as student internships, but with the added benefit of making the events of the college very wonderful and successful.

Thus the main focus of our college is to render quality affordable education committed to the upliftment of each and every student and also to make higher education inclusive. Our constant endeavor is to set a benchmark for excellence and make education a mission to support the multiple needs of the primary stakeholders.
