Grandparents Day

Revered spirits obeisance unbound

To mark the importance of grandparents in the life of children mgps celebrated 'Grandparents Day' on 30th August with pomp and gaiety. The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest Shri Shri Gopal Kabra and the Guest of Honour Shri Narsingh Lal Khatod. The cherished presence of the Chairman Shri Pradeep Baheti, General Secretary Education Shri Natwarlal Ajmera, Hon. Secretary Shri Murari Lal Birla, Mahamantri (Samaj) Shri Gopal Malpani and the School Principal Dr. Sunita Vashistha made the solemn stance a memorable one.

Their zealous participation rightly proved that 'Age could not wrinkle their spirit.' The Chairman, General Secretary Education and the Hon. Secretary in their addresses acknowledged the valuable guidance of the grandparents in the life of an individual and their contribution in shaping up the personality of our young children. Principal Dr. Sunita Vashistha showered the pearls of praise for the evident spirit exhibited by the grandparents and assured them that mgps will make ceaseless efforts to inculcate the endearing values of family among its children so that they cherish and value relations in their lives. The programme culminated with the vote of thanks by the Vice Principal Shri Vivek Bhargava.
